Detailed special offer rules ARTOSI spring bonus

ISOTRA a.s. has prepared for its customers a special offer "FREE SCREEN ROLLER SHUTTER FOR THE ARTOSI BIOCLIMATIC PERGOLA".

Special offer rules

1) The screen roller shutter bonus (hereinafter referred to as BONUS) can be obtained for each binding order of an ARTOSI pergola, which is confirmed by the customer within the ISOTRA Partner, ISOTRA ARTOSI Partner network of dealers or ISOTRA a.s. dealers (hereinafter referred to as business partner), namely between March 4, 2024 and May 31, 2024. The order must apply to products manufactured or supplied by ISOTRA a.s.

2) BONUS applies to the products listed below:
a) ALFA-ZIP screen roller shutter
b) ALFA PLUS-ZIP screen roller shutter

3) BONUS can be obtained based on the following rules:
a) The customer bindingly orders an ARTOSI pergola during the special offer.
b) The customer bindingly orders screen roller shutters for the ARTOSI pergola according to the above offer.
c) BONUS of the screen roller shutter for free can be claimed under conditions of ordering min. 2 screen roller shutters.
d) If the customer orders 2 screen roller shutters, he will get 1 for free; if he orders 3 or more screen roller shutters, the same rule applies – 1 screen roller shutter for free.
e) It always applies that the BONUS refers to the screen roller shutter with the smallest m2 area.

4) Necessary condition for obtaining the BONUS is the generation of a unique code at https://www.artosi.eu/konfigurator. On these pages, the customer configures the ARTOSI pergola, including screen roller shutters. Before sending the non-binding request, in the last configuration step, the unique code is generated for the customer to obtain the BONUS. After obtaining the unique code, the total price for the ARTOSI pergola and screen roller shutters is automatically recalculated. The price is shown including VAT and excluding assembly.

5) After sending the non-binding request, the customer will receive an e-mail summarizing the configuration of the pergola, including the unique code. The customer will keep this confirmation to check the conditions of the special offer.

6) Within 24 hours after sending the non-binding request, the customer will be contacted by a business partner of ISOTRA a.s. concerning personal consultation of the specified configuration, measurement, assembly and final binding order.

7) Provided the customer confirms the order, he will prove himself to the business partner with the unique code for applying the BONUS.

8) The value of the BONUS will be reduced from the total price of the order including VAT.

9) Any natural person over the age of 18 can participate in the special offer. The BONUS can be applied to each new binding order that meets the above conditions.

Detailed special offer rules

1) The organizer of the special offer called "FREE SCREEN ROLLER SHUTTER FOR THE ARTOSI BIOCLIMATIC PERGOLA" (hereinafter referred to as OFFER) is the company ISOTRA a.s. (hereinafter only the ORGANIZER), with its registered office at Bílovecká 2411/1, 74601 Opava, Company ID: 47679191, VAT number: CZ47679191.

2) The OFFER can be attended by any natural person over 18 years of age (hereinafter referred to as PARTICIPANT) who, in the given period from March 4,2024 to May 31,2024 inclusive, orders an ARTOSI pergola and additional products of the organizer – screen roller shutters. The OFFER applies to the following products: ARTOSI bioclimatic pergola, ALFA-ZIP screen roller shutter, ALFA PLUS-ZIP screen roller shutter (hereinafter referred to as BONUS).

3)The binding order must be placed within the network of ISOTRA Partner, ISOTRA ARTOSI Partner dealers or within the dealers of the ISOTRA company (hereinafter referred to as BUSINESS PARTNER). The OFFER applies to both standard and surcharge product versions and to both basic and surcharge colour versions.

4) The BONUS can be obtained based on the following rule:
a) The customer bindingly orders the ARTOSI pergola during the OFFER.
b) The customer bindingly orders ARTOSI screen roller shutters for the pergola according to the above offer.
c) The screen roller shutter for free BONUS can be claimed under the condition of ordering min. 2 screen roller shutters.
d) If the customer orders 2 screen roller shutters, he will get 1 for free; if he orders 3 or more screen roller shutters, the same rule applies – 1 screen roller shutter for free.
e) It always applies that the BONUS refers to screen roller shutter with the smallest m2 area.

5) Necessary condition for obtaining the bonus is the generation of a unique code at https://www.artosi.eu/konfigurator. On these pages, the participant can configure the ARTOSI pergola, including screen roller shutters. Before sending a non-binding request, at the last point of configuration, the unique code is generated for the customer to obtain the BONUS. After obtaining the unique code, the total price for the ARTOSI pergola and screen shutters is automatically recalculated. The total price is shown including VAT and excluding assembly.

6) The special offer participant proves his consent to participate in the organizer's OFFER by generating the unique code at https://www.artosi.eu/konfigurator and sending the non-binding request. The price is shown including VAT and excluding assembly.

7) All employees of the organizer's company, all its contractual business partners and their employees and persons related to them or their employees within § 22 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code are excluded from the special offer. The participant of the offer will not be entitled to the bonus if the organizer finds out or has reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or unfair behaviours on the part of the participant of the offer or another person who helped the given participant of the offer to obtain the bonus.

8) The participant of the offer is not entitled to claim any performance other than that specified in the detailed rules of the offer, and the bonus cannot be enforced by legal action.

9) The organizer of the offer reserves the right to change the rules or cancel the offer completely without giving any reason or compensation at any time during the offer. Information about the organizer's offer will take place in selected online communication channels and advertising of ISOTRA a.s., on the organizer’s website.

10) By participating in the organizer's offer, the participant expresses his consent to these detailed rules of the offer and undertakes to comply with them. At the same time, he expresses his consent according to Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data with the administration and processing of personal data, until withdrawal of this consent. Granting the above consent of the participant is voluntary. By participating in the organizer's offer, the participant expresses his consent to the inclusion of his personal data in the organizer's database, as well as to their subsequent processing for the organizer's marketing purposes, i.e. for the purposes of offering products and services, including sending information about organized promotions, products and other activities, as well as sending the organizer's business communications via electronic means in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain services of information companies, as amended. Consent according to the previous sentence is granted by the participant for the period until it is revoked.
